CosmoStar: Awakening

CosmoStar: Awakening is a RenPy Visual Novel which follows the story of a young girl escaping from what she thought was her home in order to find out what happened prior to a certain accident. She has to journey threw the solar system searching for clues about her past self. What will her destiny be? That is for you to decide.

History:

CosmoStar and the story it follows is something I had first started working on in 2017. Back then it was supposed to be published as a comic, but due to various factors the project was scrapped. It is my lifelong dream to publish the story in some sort of way and share it with anyone interested to hear it, so when the opportunity for this games making arose, I accepted right away and I am very happy to present to you the preview we worked hard on. This game means the world to me, so, thank you for stopping by to learn a bit more about it.

About us:

Elliot Šmida: I am the writer of CosmoStar as well as its original creator, aside from that I provided backgrounds and music for this preview. Hopefully, in the future once I make enough money I can hire people to make those aspects of the game. I was born on April 20^th, 2006, so yes, I am quite young, but that doesn't stop me from giving my all to work on this project . Publishing CosmoStar is my lifelong dream. Aside from CosmoStar I also occasionally stream Genshin Impact on twitch.

Jim: hi :)) I’m Jim, the artist and programmer of CosmoStar. I use all pronouns and I’m a literal 14-year-old so don’t expect me to know what I’m doing. I’m just here to draw sprites and do the programming work which I’m not very good at, so if you know how the programming of CosmoStar could be improved please tell me thank you!
